« Lack of pride and care to this hotel. We will not be going back even if the location was convenient for our plans. We paid way too much money for what we got. Here is a quick run down: Pool had dirt and band aids floating around, same for the hot tub, pool area was not the cleanest either. Unsecure building, no need for a key card to get into the building. « Hôtel vraiment bien. Personnel au petit soin. Bouteilles d’eau « Yellowstone » en aluminium offerte à l’arrivée. Jumelles et bâton de marche à disposition dans la chambre, qui est très bien équipée. Très proche de l’entrée nord du parc. Seuls points noirs : le wifi fonctionnait mal et même pas du tout le dernier soir, ce qui nous a vraiment posé problème. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé, mais café à disposition dans la chambre et à la réception. »

« Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. »

The house was very clean. The kitchen had extras, like spices and aluminum foil, which was helpful. « We just returned from our trip to West Yellowstone. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. It is clean, safe, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But, do read the property description. There is no dishwasher and there is no air conditioner. 10 months out of the year having no AC is probably not an issue, but Montana does get warm in July and Aug. We had difficulty getting the room cool enough to sleep. »
