Although this is an older property, my room was in excellent condition. Owners are renovating rooms before exterior. The location is convenient to campus and the owners are very conscientious about making sure everything is well maintained and that all of your needs are met. I will definitely return!

Mel was a great host. She really made me feel welcome and if I had to go back to Norman I’d stay again because of her. She went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Excellent Service!!! As you'll read in other reviews, the property is older and outdated- however the staff make up for it by far. This is the quickest & friendliest check-in I've ever experienced. The room was very clean and smelled good. The owners and staff take pride in their work, and make you feel comfortable and right at home. We definitely plan on staying here again for future stays.

The customer service is superb and the staff is extremely attentive to your needs which is nonexistent for places in this price range. It’s an older facility but it’s very clean, functional and close to 35 and the OU campus which was important for our stay.

I decided to stay here after reading all the wonderful reviews. The room had everything I needed. The kuerig was a very nice touch. I enjoyed having a ceramic coffee mug as well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. Mel is definitely the star of this show. From her welcoming check-in, even though I had a later flight, to her texts to see if I needed anything. I look forward to staying here in the future.
