« What a great place! I travel a lot, I book a lot of properties for my family and friends so I have expectations when I travel. This place was great! It’s an old house and a very short walk to the Lynchburg Square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. Literally walk down the driveway and cross over the street and them walk across a small walking bridge over a creek and on the other side you are in the square by Barrel House BBQ. The linens were very comfortable. The bedding was as well. The bedrooms...

« It was me and my 2 granddaughters. It was perfect with the 3 bedrooms. One bathroom was a little hard to manipulate, but we made it work fine. The house is very close to shopping and many restaurants. We loved it! »

« Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it...

« Matthew was an attentive host. We traveled /drove from Delaware to Manchester, 12hrs.Everything was ready for us to crash.The accommodations were very clean.The premises was comfortable for us, which we needed.We were under terrible stressdue to our reason for the trip.Matthew's rental was Home for us.It exceeded my expectations. The rental had tasteful/decor.We will hopefully stay again with Matthew. »
