« Convenient access to the parking lot made heading out every day easier. »

« Room was clean, balcony view was amazing, the heat and air worked perfectly, the staff super friendly and helpful »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. « Property is amazing! This is our third you’re coming from our anniversary, it is the only place we stay! It is quiet, it is clean, the amenities are above and beyond. So very happy with everything. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast basket is such a nice little touch. The views are to die for. You can’t get much better than this! »

« Everything was great »

« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »

« Motel propre et bon accueil. »

« Pretty view from balcony. Helpful and nice staff. Clean and convenient to everything so didn’t have to mess with parking »

« Villa was very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was the bed was way too close to the front door . Literally right when u walked it. Shower could use an updated shower handle ..one you can take down and a safety bar. »

« Clean room, helpful, nice staff. »

« Property is beautiful. They advertised for 2 straight days that a breakfast service existed. It didn’t due to poor mgmt and lack of laborers »

« This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless...
