« The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,...

« Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and well set up. The free breakfast provided a variety of choices and seating available. »

« It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. »

« Once you adjust expectations, it is a decent place. We arrived at night to a barely lit property and foyer furnished w/60's/70's furniture. Those made me nervous, but once inside the room, it was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was very nice. »

« thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate. »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »
