« For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided. »

« We visit Carlsbad several times a year and decided to try this property for the first time. While the location and ocean views are absolutely beautiful and hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t justify the price for us, especially at the rate per night.
