« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...

« Room smelled like mildew 102. Hotel was overbooked so I couldn't switch rooms. Pool was closed and drained. Victor a manager gaslighted me when i brought up the smell. He had housekeeping spray the bed, air conditioner and room to cover up the smell. Floor wasn't laid correctly and I tripped over raised boards. Breakfast was descent. Some staff are nice. Name tags on employees would be nice. »
