« Hotel needs remodeling and updating. Shower head too low. Tub water drained very slow, allowing inches of water standing in tub while showering. »

« Our room was clean, as was the whole hotel. It was spotless, very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was easy and offered a lot of spaces. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling through the area! »

« Booked a family suite, room did not have working AC. Talked with clerk at front desk and was moved to a King Suite however the AC in that room did not work either. Asked for another room and was moved to a 2 queen bed room. Each room was a down grade from what I had booked and paid for. »

« Stayed here while in Medford for work. The room was fine — definitely a bit dated, but honestly that almost gave it a nostalgic feel. It wasn’t anything fancy or special, but it absolutely got the job done for a quick stay. One thing I really appreciated was the nice-sized desk and desk chair. If you need to get some work done while traveling, that setup was actually better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall the room was spacious. Nice sized miniature fridge. Bathroom was good...

« Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back. »

« Heat was good, parking was good, had to call a number and wait 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in, the TV didn't work »

« Fresh cookies are wonderful!! Flat remotes are sanitary, but this remote would not select the channels anyway except going all the way up and down thru the numbers. Very irritating and it will force me to choose another hotel in the future. On my second night the staff did not remake the beds or clean the toilet, another reason for not returning! »
