« Found the home to be clean, prepped and ready for our arrival. Ced was great with communication checking in to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The AC works which is a plus in SC. While the immediate area doesn't have many shops, there are plenty with a short drive. »

« House was clean & exactly as pictured. As stated house wasn’t in the best area, but it did not bother any of us. We were in town for High Tide music festival & it was perfect for what we needed it for. »

« Fantastic little house. The hot tub was a delight. The location of the house was perfect. The house is within walking distance to a bunch of local restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Loved it! »

« Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned....

« Communication with Stay Duvet was excellent and above expectations. The property was well stocked with excellent linens, glassware, tableware, etc. A couple of the cookware pieces could be replaced including the toaster over. There were a few items that could use repair in the townhouse (light in the master bath, entry doors etc.) but nothing that was not normal course of use. Our primary issue with the home was the neighborhood. We realize the Park Circle area is in a state of transition...

« My stay at this property was ideal for the wife, myself and our furry friend. we enjoyed the walks with our dog around the park (Park Circle) which is located just about 2 minutes from the house. Dining is no more than a 10–12-minute walk with an array of choices to choose from. If by chance, you're there during the week, check out the farmer's market located within the same park on Thursday from 3-7 P.M. The home seemed like home for us, and we will definitely be staying again when back in the...
