« Likes: The view is amazing! I enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The yard is beautiful and offers a lot of privacy. However, I have some dislikes. There was an overwhelming presence of mouse droppings everywhere! When I arrived, I found rodent droppings and ants inside the house. Thankfully, there was some cleaner available, but I really didn’t want to spend my vacation cleaning up after rodents. I had to clean mouse droppings every morning and evening. « We really came to see the Redwoods and this is close to the Avenue of Giants and a good many parks on the Cali coast. We were really pleased with the duplex it was roomy and comfortable and extremely clean as well. The neighborhood was nice with a mix of Victorian homes and newer construction. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. I would stay here again if in the area. »

« House was immaculate, had everything in kitchen you could want. Dehumidifier and air purifier really made for fresh interior. Neighbors are very close, but friendly and very quiet. We didn’t bring our dog, but loved the fact that dogs were welcomed and a towel and bowl were ready. High end shampoo and bathroom area. In great proximity to redwoods, but disconnected from the town of Trinidad. »

« This cute cottage was perfect for my family of four and our pup (thanks again for being dog-friendly -- the basket of toys, blankets, & bowls was such a nice touch!). We didn't have too much time in Garberville but really enjoyed the garden and the decor in the cottage. The clawfoot tub was a bit of a (cool) throwback, and I loved the tapestries and overall peaceful vibe of the place. I'd definitely stay again and would enjoy exploring the area when not in the middle of a 20-hour drive ;)....

« We loved the house and location. The house is nicely furnished and decorated. The generous deck made for relaxing times in between sampling the area’s delicious food and friendly service. The dune trails and beach right across the street were a great place to walk dogs and yourself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »
