Worked out wonderfully!

Three generations of our family joined up, from southern NH and Vermont, for a short getaway. We got our grocery shopping done sooner than anticipated and called our Guest Contact, Brandon, who graciously allowed us to have early access to the unit. The rental was more than adequate with bedroom options. We were all able to have rooms with a/c, as there were a couple without. The kitchen was well supplied and spacious. The foosball table was a hit for grandpa & granddaughter competition! We were very happily surprised to learn that we could walk to the Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park where granddaughter had a fantastic day. The weather was a little iffy some of the time, so we didn’t walk to town, but could have, if the forecast was better. We did love revisiting some of our favorite shops in N. Conway. We are happy to have found this rental that suited our needs so well. Thank you!!

This property is amazing! Quiet neighborhood right next to Cranmore Mtn and about a mile from downtown North Conway. Spacious and bright on both first and second floors. We were there for summer golf weekend and I hope to return in ski season some time.

Father’s Day Stay

The house was beautiful! We loved hanging out on the deck. We all had our own king sized bed and bathroom (this will be something I’ll look for in future rentals). We’ll definitely be back. A good time was had by all!!

The accomodations were great. Our only issue was a lack of check-out instructions. We didn’t know how/where to discard the trash and recyclables nor what to do with the used linens.

Northeast vacation

The beds were comfortable and the location of the property was great. The hot water did not work consistently and the air conditioning did not work well. A shelf in the refrigerator was broken. It’s difficult to rate this higher than a 3 when we were unable to take warm showers and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling which made it difficult to sleep. I sent an email to the owner but did not receive a response regarding the hot water.

Lovely house-like condo

Large, newer condo with soaring ceilings at the base of Cranmore. Our party of 3 couples enjoyed our comfy king size beds and en suite bathrooms. A few more kitchen amenities would have been helpful (already outlined to owner) and a few table lamps in LR and bedrooms would have made reading more pleasurable. Otherwise a 5 star stay!

Awesome stay and beautiful duplex condo!

Very Clean and a great location! A very nice location for homebase for touring New England. We had such a nice time! Beautiful duplex condo in a beautiful setting. Comfortable beds and multiple washer/dryers. Great place to stay and highly recommended!

Golf Getaway

The unit was very nice! Layouts of the 3 king bedrooms was great and it is very hard to find units with 3 kings! Loved relaxing on the 2nd floor balcony! The location of the condo was fantastic, very close and convenient to everything in North Conway. I would recommend having an extra set of towels available in the bathrooms for guests! All in all I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thank you for an awesome weekend and sharing your beautiful and spacious condo with us!! Shelly W & family

Wonderful stay!

Our family really enjoyed the spaciousness of this condo. There was plenty of room for us to gather, and yet also retire to our own separate rooms for rest. It’s so close to Cranmore too! Great communication with the host Brandon throughout the entire visit. We would definitely choose this space again.

Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed a 5 day stay with our family, 2 daughters, husbands and little ones. First off the house is spacious, clean as can be, everything is new and working. Bonus: each bedroom is spacious and has a private bathroom. Huge closets, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen is new and has everything you would need to prepare and cook meals. Great gathering room and big table to play games and eat meals. Biggest bonus, walk out the front door and and you are at Cranmore. With the kids and babies it was nice to not have to drive anywhere. Oh did I mention you can walk to downtown too. Overall it was perfect for us. We actually booked it for next year as well. If I could make 1 minor suggestion - side entryway from garage and front door need door mats. We kept vacuuming up sand dragged in from outside. Other than that no complaints!

Great place close to Cranmore & Downtown North Conway

Had a great stay. Place is large and spacrious and clean. Our group was my family of 5 (3 kids). Had everything we needed. Super easy & great communication. 5 min walk to Cranmore and 15 min walk to downtown North Conway. Will stay again!
