Good evening Sylvie and thank you for allowing The Colonial to have you as one of its guests. I apologize if you were awaken by other guests, that was totally unfortunate for you. There were a couple of reasons for the occupancy above your room, the first was that you made your reservation through Expedia. The property is contractually obligated to not alter any third party reservations. The second reason was that out of a total of 26 rentable rooms of which 10 had reservations for that night we are also doing deep cleanings of our rooms. I did not have another queen room available, all the others were closed due to the cleanings. I really am sorry that happened, but for you to still post a 5/5 on your stay with us I would hope you come back and allow us to have you as our guest again.
