Eines der Residence Inn, die es verdienen gelobt zu werden. Alles war wirklich super sauber und in einem top Zustand. Das Frühstück war toll, die abendlichen Kleinigkeiten sehr lecker. Das Personal war klasse. Die Lage ist ebenso toll um die White Mountains zu erkunden!

Sehr schönes Hotel in den White Mountains
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Küche und einem Kamin! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass Internet-TV funktioniert, so konnten wir Netflix über den Fernseher gucken. Super Lage zu den White Mountains und den Outlets. Essensmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Service war leider mittelmäßig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Babybett gebucht. Das Bettchen mussten wir bei Ankunft selbst aufbauen und beziehen. So etwas ist in keinem anderen Hotel unserer Rundreise vorgekommen! Außerdem waren sämtliche Schlösser bei den Türen reingedrückt. D.h. schließt mit die Tür von außen, kommt man nicht mehr rein! Zum Glück haben wir nicht unser kleines Baby im Schlafzimmer eingesperrt, dann hätten wir keine Möglichkeit gehabt zu ihr zu kommen. So etwas geht wirklich überhaupt nicht!! Die Kosmetiktücher sind während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ausgefüllt worden und auch sonst wurde nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt und aufgeräumt.

Wunderschönes Hotel in top Lage!
Das Hotel ist traumhaft, wir lieben diese Hotelkette mit Wohnzimmer und Küche, das Personal sehr freundlich, versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir wollten noch länger bleiben, aber es war leider schon ausgebucht!

Sehr gutes Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Riesiges und sauberes Zimmer, mit Küche und Wohnecke und allem was man sonst noch braucht. Ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen, hier würede ich auch eine Woche und bloss eine Nacht bleiben. Einzig der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng geraten.

Komfortable Unterkunft mit "kleinen" Fehlern
Die von uns gebuchte Suite mit einem Kingsize Bett entpuppte sich als Suite für Behinderte, was u.a. bedeutete, dass die Kleiderstange sich in unserer Hüfthöhe befand und das Aufhängen eines Mantels unmöglich war. Was jedoch wesentlich schwerer wog, war die Tatsache, dass sich unterhalb unserer Fenster eine riesige Klimaanlage befand, deren Rotorblätter in der ersten Nacht einen solchen Lärm (bei geschlossenen Fenstern) verursachte, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Nach massiven Protesten am nächsten Morgen entschuldigte sich die diensthabende Geschäftsführerin und entschädigte uns für die restlichen drei Nächte mit einer Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern zum gleichen Preis. Daher haben wir insgesamt eine positive Erinnerung an unseren Aufenthalt in einem ansonsten komfortablen und sauberen Hotel.

It was very loud. Somebody had been moving something up above us and it continued all night till morning and it woke us again. I complained about it. They moved us and it was still loud.
