« Spent a few days celebrating my mom’s 80th and this location was perfection for the weekend away we wanted to spend. Perfect location, great views and comfortable everything. Highly recommend for a time spent exploring Golden and all the area has to offer. »

« Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed the kitchen for breakfast gatherings, pool table and TV area. I loved the spacious area in the main house. The third bedroom is small and doesn't have a shower, however this is workable. We had 5 adults and easily used the extra space for spreading out. The absence of a shower is mentioned in the description, therefore I rated the description as accurate. « Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« We were surprised by the location being above a business, but it was pristine and quiet. Inside was decorated so cute. My favorite were all the music quotes around the place. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Extra Bedding and towels were nicely stored and organized in plastic bins, which made it easy to find. There were grocery stores nearby and not too far from downtown Golden or Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« Great place! We stayed 3 days for the Metallica concert. The bedrooms stay nice and cool during the summer. It is clean and a good neighborhood. We enjoyed it thoroughly, felt almost like home. »
