« Very friendly staff in a great location. Property is older but very clean and well kept. Very quiet throughout the night and we loved having a balcony, which I believe is included with every room. Nice hot shower and plenty of towels. Beautiful common area with fireplace and games overlooking lake and mountains. »

« The breakfast menu was decent, basic food you would get from the Walmart freezer section. The selection was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we've been to. Cups for coffee are very small. The A/C was not reliable. Warm, then if we turned it down it was freezing. The WiFi was awful. We had to go through the process of 'signing in' every 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were like putting your head on nothing. »

« The room was clean, but being on the first floor next to the staff room and staircase made it very noisy and hard to sleep. Easy parking.. Breakfast was meh—the eggs were gritty and the sausage patties were overcooked. The staff were fine, but could have been more helpful. Indoor heated pool was the best part. »

« Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. « The room was clean but almost everything else was poor. The “breakfast” was bagels, a prepackaged muffin or cereal. The AC was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The soap and shampoo was not sufficient for 2 people (and I was in their “master suite”. Parking was great but the door to the parking did not unlock with the key. The key cards had to be reconfigured three times in a one day stay. No elevator and steep Small stairs. The owner was very nice but should be putting more...

« The jacuzzi tub in the room was dirty and jets blew out algae. The jacuzzi in pool area had hair and was broken, cold water. The fron desk lady was talking bad about the others and we had to go to another hotel to use spa. It was all disappointing and misleading. Wouldn't recommend staying here. »
