« Nice rooms, convenient location. »

« There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience. »

« We had a great stay! We were there with our 3 teenage daughters for a UT tour. Great accommodations for us. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. And just a quick 10 min drive to UT in the morning. »

« Air conditioner was broken and rattled. Beds are old, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet was not clean. Sink was clogged. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The hotel front staff were not friendly! The worst hotel I have stayed at, booked through Expedia! »

« Situé à 4 miles du centre-ville de Knoxville, cet hotel est correct pour un séjour d'affaire. Il mériterait une bonne rénovation de la cuisinette et de la salle de bain. Dans la cuisinette, une plaque de cuisson à deux feux, dont un ne fonctionnait pas. trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine pour vraiment cuisiner des repas dans la chambre. Lits très confortables. télévision et WIFI fonctionnels. Petits-déjeuners gratuits assez pauvres. Sur cinq jours, nous n'y sommes allés que la première journée,...

« This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. »

« This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean! »

« The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there. »

« Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. »
