« Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I was I little worried because a school team was checking in and given rooms right next to mine. Either they were exceptionally quiet or the rooms are well insulated. Simple breakfast but they have a yogurt machine that was the best! I'd stay again. »

« The evening staff was amazing! One evening we came back to the hotel late and the lady that was working that evening heated us up cookies to take back to our room! She was so sweet as well! The room was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs and it passed my search! The breakfast was super yummy as well. They had so many options to pick from »

« Situé à 4 miles du centre-ville de Knoxville, cet hotel est correct pour un séjour d'affaire. Il mériterait une bonne rénovation de la cuisinette et de la salle de bain. Dans la cuisinette, une plaque de cuisson à deux feux, dont un ne fonctionnait pas. trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine pour vraiment cuisiner des repas dans la chambre. Lits très confortables. télévision et WIFI fonctionnels. Petits-déjeuners gratuits assez pauvres. Sur cinq jours, nous n'y sommes allés que la première journée,...

« This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. »

« I stayed one night. Room was clean everything worked except I couldnt figure out how to close the many curtains in the window. »

« Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. »
