The location is convenient, the view from our room was pleasant. The room was very clean, amenities were all in the room. Coffee was available in the room with the k-cup and water was provided. We did not have time to use the pool and the hot tub, we were there for graduation. »

The person next to our room checked in right before us, and we found them in the hallway staring into their room, pizza boxes, party left overs, beer cans, etc. all over. The room was not cleaned, extremely disappointing. We were able to harbor our stay, sheets for the bed were clean, but everything has a grime to it, and not making one comfortable. TV...

« Took 10 min for the front desk lady to even notice we were at the front desk there was no bell to ring, room keys deactivated almost instantly after using them for our room. Bed was itchy »

« It was all good as I expected. However the bathroom in my room could have been cleaner. The walls were then and I could hear the tv very well in the room next to me. »

« The hotel was very clean. However, our room had a few issues. The soap dispenser (very heavy) fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Woke us up. The lights kept tripping and we had to keep resetting it from the reset on the outlet. The curtains would not open or close properly, the main mechanism was broken. »

« Perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa! Fun campus vibe, helpful staff, extremely convenient location for downtown Iowa City with walking distance to many spots. Coffee shop and bar/restaurant adjacent to property and we had coupons included for $15 per person per day that we could use there, which was great! Thanks for the memories! Go, Hawks! »
