"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

I’m a resident of the city of St. Louis and I did not feel safe with my wife staying at this location The pictures are vague and no pictures of the bathroom and the grass was overgrown in the front yard. I also know what the “street noise” they are referring to."

"The cabin is wonderful. Very cute and decorted to make it sooo cozy. Loved the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. Did get to see a barge on the river. Only complaint is the yard needs weedeated. Cant really mow it so weedeat it and cut some low limbs and it would be perfect."

"Great location with easy access to the Clinton Library and other historical sites such as Central HS Historical Site. Four adults stayed very comfortably in the house with an open floor plan on main level. Comfortable beds and lots of towels! The deck overlooking the river made for relaxing reading time or to socialize with our group! The host was very attentive and reached out spontaneously to insure all was going well with our visit."

"Had a great stay while in town for a wedding. The listing is exactly what the great cottage is. Had all the amenities we needed for a busy weekend-coffee, a few waters, supplied kitchen, great beds and towels and comfy robes for every room! Plenty of public space to hang out as a group and three private bedrooms made sleeping in easy for those who wanted to. My wife loved the decor and special touches.
