Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay.

Free Parking for 2 Vehicles: Your reservation includes passes for up to 2 standard vehicles in the covered resort parking garage. Per strict HOA rules, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on resort property.

100% Smoke-Free Property: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the private balcony, and on the resort pool decks.

No Pets Allowed: Per resort HOA regulations for non-owner guests, pets are not permitted.
