„While we had a good night at this property, and the kitchen and common area were great, the place was not particularly clean, there was only one bathroom for 12 beds and the room and bathroom door locks were not functional. We did not know which room was ours and had to figure that out by finding someone who could tell us. It seemed that not all of the work was finished to get this property ready to use. That said, it was peaceful, quiet and calm. “

„Eva and Rob’s place was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a very warm welcome and were even greeted with a gift basket and toys for our dogs! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy and the view was gorgeous. Our pups loved the nearby trails too. My friends and I will be coming back in the future. „Croften is a small town on Vancouver Island, so don´t expect too much. Everything essential, like little grocery, beer store, pub, etc. is available though. But there is something, you won´t find as perfect as in Crofton: A host like Dan. He "created" an appartement that doesn´t lack anything. „This cozy trailer is on the owners property adjacent to the river. Many forest walks await with the provincial park nearby. If you are looking for a quiet location to recharge your batteries this is it. The bed was super comfy, bbq worked well and propane heater in the trailer worked well. Only thing lacking is wifi if you need it. Unplug and enjoy. You won’t regret it!“

The children loved the bar, the Billiard game, the hot pool and the two deers who joined us in the morning. The adults enjoyed the silence and the great views to the Ocean. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von dem Haus der Vermieter. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Jedoch ist die Wohnung eher was für Erwachsene ohne Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum See sind es aber auch noch paar Autominuten. Die Landschaft und Wanderwege vor Ort sind super.“

„The property was perfect for our needs (3 couples, one with an infant). Four private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite was ideal. The central kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Our host was very accommodating. One area for improvement would be the addition of blackout curtains for the bedrooms.“
