« The reason for the bad review is that we had a seriously noisy neighbor upstairs for three out of our five nights. We complained to the staff, who promised to talk to them, but offered no proof they ever did. Then they told us they'd be leaving that day, but they were wrong and we endured another night of craziness. « The house a great place for us to crash after a concert, and it was nice and quiet. That said, the house wasn’t very clean and smell strongly of cigarettes. When we reached out to the property managers, they apologized. »
