„This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The home was cozy and a good size (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol). It was a quiet and cozy neighborhood and even though two of the windows face a well traveled road you couldn’t tell the road was busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to go to a big city but wants to get away from the hustle and bustle that a big city has. I will be returning to this place! “

„The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.“

The place was exactly as advertised with comfortable beds and anything and everything you would need in a kitchen, board games, and baby items if you need it. The location is close the university and a short drive into the touristy parts of Seattle. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.“
