« The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip. »

« The property was in a great location just outside of downtown Seattle. The property had safe off street parking, and it was covered. The neighborhood was very quiet, despite the police station being right around the corner. The home was beautiful with an updated modern decor and it was filled with everything we needed during our stay. The home was exceptionally clean. Payton was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to all our communication with the intent that we really enjoyed our stay. ...

« The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

« We had a lovely stay at your home in Wedgwood. It was well set for our every need and a comfortable place for us to gather from truly around the world Ireland, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Washington. We were able to easily create meals in-home or get out to great nearby food options in Seattle. The parking was plenty and neighborhood very quiet and safe.
