„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„Location is great, as downtown can be reached within 15 Min walk. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants & bars. Only thing we didn't like was breakfast. For a hotel in such a price range, paper plates simply do not fit. Range of food also was not too big and quality was not the best. Everything else was fine, especially friendly staff at reception.“

„The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me. The room wasn't cleaned as I arrived (notice: it was 1 a.m., so there was plenty time before that).
