« Comfortable, clean, and convenient location in downtown Statesville. We were in town for the Carolina Balloonfest and to visit some local wineries, so the location was great. Other guests were there for the Carolina Renaissance Festival which is just 30 miles south. Cheryl and Jason are warm people and pleasant hosts. The inn itself is historic and furnished accordingly. The breakfast is continental, which might be a concern for some potential guests but was not for us. We will definitely stay...

« Extremely comfortable four poster bed and thick comforter topped a wonderful night here near Christmas. A delicious home cooked breakfast topped a wonderful short stay just before Christmas. Nice to stay in a place with character rather than just a modern chain. Always great to be able to walk to Nice shops, bars and restaurants. This is in a really central location. « We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it. »
