« This was perfect for one person just needing a clean place to crash for a few nights. It's small and minimal but feels newly remodeled. I also left my computer mouse tangled in the sheets, and the owner notified me so we could arrange to have it shipped to my home. That was very kind. Also, there was no extra $75 pet fee like hotels require for my 5-pound Yorkie to stay. Thank you! »

« The Host entered the premises while I was out and totally without my consent.That tainted my experience. Left me with a feeling that my personal belongings weren’t safe and that my private space was violated. If a Host or anyone requires access they should make arrangements with the Tenant. »

« Room was as advertised. This room had a small fridge and microwave. The room across the hallway looked like it had a small kitchen. It was good for a solo traveler not needing much.
There isn’t much immediately close to the room for food (gas station two blocks away) but fast food by the Dome was only 5 min away driving and 20 min walking. 701Eateries on University was delicious.
I’d definitely return. »

« The home was nice, clean and cozy. Would have liked to know ahead of time that the stairway to the 2nd floor had short steps that weren’t senior people friendly. Lacking Kleenex and a kitchen dishcloth, otherwise a nice place. »

« Cute place to stay with nearby walkable access to paved Spearfish Recreation Path. Property was clean and bed comfy. No dedicated work space, but spacious closet and nice bathroom, with small coffee bar area with mini fridge. We'd stay again! »
