„Nice option for a family. The property is in a quiet, working class neighborhood. It's a working-class home built around the 1920s or 1930s. It's in very good condition and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good communication with owner. Fair price. I'd stay again, for sure.“

„During our stay we were unable to figure out the ceiling fan in the Livingroom. We messaged Randall via vrbo and he came out and was able to help with this issue and let us know what we needed to do. “

„Great house, very clean, very good instructions for checking in and out, only thing I found not accurate is listed as 4 bedrooms instead of only 3 with extra sleeping in one of the living rooms not formal beds but sofa beds. “

„A great place to stay and felt lucky it was still available for our needs. Everything we needed was close by, the cost to stay was so much better than a hotel, the neighborhood was quiet, as well. This would be the perfect place to stay for football game on game day!! We have no complaints. Would stay again if we ever get down to College Station. “

„It was a quiet and clean place to stay for the weekend. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great! The hosts were very helpful with their communication and information. Check-in was simple and I loved that we weren’t asked to do a lot of the clean up before we left. We would definitely stay here again. “

„This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!“

„We were in town for a basketball tournament and this place was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable, the home is so cozy. There were plenty of room for my 3 teenagers and I loved That all the beds were king! Such a plus for my tall kids. We will definitely be returning to this sweet home! “

„Nicely equipped house, huge yard, two bathrooms and four bedrooms and plenty of sleeping with extra cots. We were attending a wedding in town and this house gave us a reprieve from the wedding prep stress. The decor is unique, each room has its own theme. Enough towels, coffee maker, two fridges and the game room in garage. The kids loved to play table tennis, darts and fossball. Location is central about 5 min to TAMU. AC worked perfectly in August to keep us cool. Host was responsive to ...

„We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Very convenient for getting to the venue and for places to eat. The refrigerator was a great size as we had to keep a fairly large amount of items cool for the rehearsal dinner. The internet was off and on, so that was a little frustrating, but probably just an issue with the internet provider. That can happen. Would definitely be happy to stay here again. “
