gut gelegenes hotel. super preis/leistung
Wir würden sehr nett empfangen und habe ein super sauberes komfortables Zimmer vorgefunden. Weil wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren ist uns erst am Abend aufgefallen, dass die Heizung kaputt war. Das Zimmer war eiskalt! Nach 40min haben wir eine extra Heizung bekommen (also nicht nach 15 min, wie überall angepriesen, aber immerhin) Leider scheint das Hotel am Wochenende auch gerne von Partygästen besucht zu werden...bis 3Uhr morgens war schlafen leider keine Option. Danach jedoch könnte man himmlisch im super bequemen Bett schlafen.

Very uncomfortable bed with 1 tiny pillow per person, poorly designed shower that made a mess every time we used it, and a tv that came straight out of 2005. There also seemed to be a dance hall directly under the hotel that played loud EDM until 03:00 (on a Friday and Saturday). We may have heard it more because we had to keep the window open to get some air going through the room

None of the room doors were soft close. Kept awake by guests who were going in & out of their rooms throughout the night. Some questionable stains on the bed room walls. Key cards did not always work in the lift. I would not recommend during the summer as no air con. If you open your windows, you subjected to boy racers most of the night. Breakfast was ok and did not have to pay for my 10 year old kid. Laundry appeared clean and bathroom ok.

First things first… the staff were super friendly. I would give them 10/10 for their service. None of this review is a reflection on them. The room was ok. The plug sockets were miles away from the bed stands and the bed stands were too far away from the actual bed. One of the sockets didn’t work and I only found that out in the morning when my phone hadn’t charged. The room was really dark it needed another light somewhere. Even with all the lights on it was really dark! I turned the heating down but the room was still really warm. I couldn’t have the window open because the traffic noise was too bad. That is my biggest problem with the stay. The breakfast was good. There was a great selection for everyone. For what I paid for the room I shouldn’t expect too much to be honest

Worst sound proof
The room condition is well considered the price that totally worth it. The shower is superb. However, it has the worst sound proof ever. Couldn’t sleep for the whole night and the people next door (it’s a connecting room) making noises and nuisances for the whole night…terrible experience It may be great only if you have isolated room

Very Friendly staff! What I did not like: Somebody was banging their loud music until 23:00 ish The shower facility is a bit awkward to use. At the breakfast , there is not too many vegetable options.
