„- Das Personal ist sehr distanziert und wirkt unmotiviert.
- Das Restaurant hatte um 20.30 leider nichts mehr zum Abendessen. Das Frühstück war wie in der Schulkantine: Man bestellt selbst mit dem Tablett an der Ausgabe, das Essen wird lieblos serviert und war äußerst fad und dafür recht teuer.
- Der Raum zur Eismaschine war abgesperrt
- Kakerlaken vor dem Zimmer und eine kleinere im Zimmer (!!)
- Laute, veraltete Klimaanlage und auch das Zimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen
