„The host was very easy to communicate with and kind. House was small but perfect for what we needed! The two rooms are up a steep/tall flight of stairs and it was on for us but if you can't do stairs this may not be the VRBO for that would meet your needs. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Bathroom was on the main floor near the living room and kitchen. It snowed several inches over night and the porch and walkway were cleared by 8 am and salted. Thank you!“

„Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce.“

The hosts, Amy and Jackson, were very responsive, and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend this property. If you are adventurous, you can drive up to “Pikes Peak” State Park in McGregor, Iowa, with its breathtaking views of the Mississippi River.
