« The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience. »

« The property is cute clean great location however full disclosure it is on the grounds of an arcade/bar that stays open until 4 am on Friday and Saturday.. if you are not into screaming drinking young people don’t go on weekends. Wish I had known this. »
