« It’s a little confusing, the hotel is in the distillery. You have to go into the distillery to check in. The elevator is in the middle of the dinning room area which is somewhat awkward. Other than that the place is amazingly done. Staff was awesome, food was good, clean, well done. The rooms are really cool, with private drink bar in your room. I thought that was cool enough to buy a bottle and I don’t drink bourbon. Very well done. 4.5* »

« Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

"Bel hÎtel dans un cadre agréable et dans le goût de la Nouvelle Angleterre mais malheureusement certains espaces sont mal utilisés. Par exemple il n'y a pas de bar alors qu'une belle terrasse est face à la mer. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre avec peu de choix et , entre autre, pas de fruits. Par ailleurs le service de nettoyage passe dans les chambres alors que nous sommes au petit déjeuner avec toutes nos affaires ouvertes...Attendre le départ des clients est vraiment la base !"

"La chambre était vaste et propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Le personnel était aimable. Il y avail un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et une cafetiÚre mis à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est bien présenté, les produits sont frais et de qualité. Le parking est grand. La connexion wifi est excellente. La climatisation est bruyante, impossible de la faire fonctionner la nuit si l'on veut bien dormir."
