„We had a room on the first floor, front of the building, room 10. We parked right outside the door. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The rest of our family were in the kitchen suites and those were also clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were separated from the living area. The kitchen suites are ideal for families with children. „Definitely imperfections in the rooms. Amenities: A yurt, a small bistro with absolutely amazing crepes, and staff! The bar is small but the staff is creative w drinks. "We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!"
