The young lady who registered us in at 8pm was lovely and another young lady saw us at our car, in the rain, getting our luggage and stopped to help us carry it all to our room. Our Bird Song room was wonderful and clean, we enjoyed every minute except it was just too short. If you want to spend time in this area from Snowshoe, Cass, Cranberry, Monogahela Forrest….Thai is by far the best place to lay your head and wind down from traveling. Great places to eat and modern living availability unlike most remote locations. Full cell service with comfortable home like living space. My family and I will definitely be back. »
