« While checking in I told them I was with someone with mobility issues and yet the room was all the way on the opposite side of the property but the room furthest from the elevator. Only after asking a random staff member if there was someone that could help that I was told to go find the security office and get a wheelchair to use. I counted over 1200 steps from front desk to the room. I had to take several time to get the two suitcases and then to put the wheelchair the distance and up two...

Les chambres mériteraient un coup de jeunesse.
Mais ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif la présence d'une blanchisserie (en général 1 ou 2 machines à laver et même chose pour les sèches linges)...et en fait il n'y avait rien. Or nous faisions un road trip et comptions sur cette étape pour faire une lessive.
Enfin le petit-déjeuner comptait des avis fabuleux, il était très banal, rien...
