« The management team was very quick to respond and correct a booking error made either by us or something with the Expedia site (we thought we booked the family room, but the room full of bunk beds was reserved). « I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved.
