« Just 2 of us staying there so there was plenty of space, if there had been more it might have been a little cramped. This place has a really big yard with privacy fence on either side, perfect for our dog to run around in and go for a swim when he wanted to. It was perfect! »

« Great house, very cozy for our family of five plus dog. House has everything we needed to cook our own meals and is not far from town. Tons of books, puzzles, and other games for around there. Close enough to town to easily do things, but far enough to be quiet. Tim was a great host. Very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Would stay again! »

« This was a great place to stay. The home is very nice and comfortable with all the amenities needed. It's a short drive from downtown Frankfort in a nice and quiet setting. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to my questions. I highly recommend this home. »

« Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. »

« We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. This house was built to be lived in. What a great location for a day visit to Macinaw Island or bridge access and northern Michigan. Some highlights: Red Tail Fox in back yard, Extra cedar sun room ( favorite morning coffee place), very comfortable beds and furnishings, Very Very clean, Fire pit with lots of outdoor seating, full kitchen, terrific master bedroom with spa tub and big walk-in showers.
