« Great hotel close to everything »

« The main lobby was sparkling clean with nice fragrance. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. The fire pit at the back of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good but there were not enough staff and breakfast were not refilled promptly. We found staff to be non-helping. We made 4 requests during our 2 night stay and none of them were resolved. We had 3 rooms and all of them were on a different floor. We requested to accommodate us on same floor but did not happen. We asked for extra towel....

« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference. »
