„Clean, updated room. Electric cover plates were broken and not repaired. Breakfast was nothing special and they ran out of coffee 2 of 3 days we were there. Truck noise from the freeway was noticeable in our 3rd floor room but not too bad with the fan on full speed.“

„Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids.
Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies!
Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc.

„Everything was great! The only thing is that I booked 2 king rooms and was given 2 double queen rooms. When I went to the desk to ask to be switched to what I booked and paid for, I was told Expedia over books them and that they were sold out for the night so the double queen rooms were my only option. Not a big deal at all, but it sucks that I didn’t get what I paid for.“

„Would have been nice if the restaurant in the hotel was open on Sunday and Monday. We had to search for a breakfast place. The Mud Puddle had pricey food and it was OK if you like their eclectic menu. Had bar food for dinner.“

„Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable. We had questions regarding the shuttle busses and parking (it's $18 a day to use their parking garage but we felt like there was a way to get it validated so we didn't have to pay) and the two front desk attendants couldn't answer our questions. So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and ...

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “
