„The air conditioning thermostat was faulty. We would set it on 72 and it would cool down to 72. But once it got to temp it would not stay there. It would automatically return to 78 degrees which is entirely too warm for our comfort. I told Melissa and she dismissed it by saying all you have to do is set it on the temp and it was done. It didn’t help that the ceiling fan in the master only worked when the light was on. The house was fine. We found it clean and nicely decorated.“
