« Everyone on site were excellent. Person who did reservation on phone. Not at Best Western. told us they only have one room left. a single queen. when we got there we found that not to be true. staff helped get us what we wanted. »

« The smell in the hallway was awful- I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products used. Very strong smell of cleaning products- not pleasant- I will hopefully remember this for my next visit to TRF and chose a different place to stay »

The large living room provided billiards, a game table, and a large selection of dvd movies. Electric fireplace in each room provided a warm, comfortable and relaxing environment. « Everything was very nice but the breakfast was undesirable. Will stay again but don't expect a edible breakfast besides the microwave jimmy dean sandwiches. »

« The guy at the night time desk didn’t tell me about a breakfast so I figured there was none. The night time desk person needs to be more welcoming. I didn’t like having to walk past the lounge with open doors twice to get to my room. It made me feel unsafe. My room was very clean but they need to get rid of the carpet and update their furniture. The morning desk person, she was awesome. The pictures on Expedia look nicer than what the hotel really is. Nope, I wouldn’t stay there again. »
