„Would stay here again!
Heading towards MSP for a midday flight next day driving along the Miss River, spotted eagles roosting alongside the river, pulled over, checked Expedia, one water view room left - booked it. Location was the key driver. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious, spotless, good lighting, lots of plug sockets. Ground floor, parked right outside. Breakfast buffet was adequate, food and coffee fresh.

„The room and the entire hotel was extremely clean, even the elevator smelt fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. Simple breakfast but a good way to start the day. Pool and hot tub were very nice too. Definitely would stay here again.“
„The lady at the front desk was very direct, yelled, "I'm only going to say this one time, so listen up...breakfast is from ..." to the lobby full of guests. Our room reaked of mildew, we had to sleep with the windows open and it still didn't improve. “
„Tub literally had cracks and holes, felt as if I was going to fall through the floor, connecting 2nd room door had an obvious “fist” hole covered up with white duct tape and then the toilet flooded (with only urine thankfully) and called emergency number and front desk 4 times with no answer and told housekeeping and still no one came! Sheets were clean, but floors and showers were very dirty“
