« This is my favorite place to stay in the Rice Lake area. It is a charming lodge tucked away in a quiet spot right on the lake. Expect beautiful vistas year round. Each room is designed uniquely, several are pet friendly. Each has a view of and access to the lake. The staff/owners are friendly and accommodating. There are complementary non-motorized water activities in the summer and nightly campfires. Breakfast is fruit and a locally baked scone. There is nothing hotel-chain about this place. »

« We got into town early and they let us check in as soon as we showed up. The staff was very helpful as well as friendly. The facility was clean and very well kept. Very nice people and great place to stay with our children on a snowmobile trip. Looking forward to our next stay. »
