Maisons de campagne à Novella

« Excellent hôtel : accueil, calme, équipement, situation, personnel très aimable et «aux petits soins». »

« I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

« Petit hôtel familial très chaleureux, impeccablement entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons dîner à l’hôtel, une expérience incroyable car le patron est un personnage drôle et sympathique. Il parle même français! 10/10 bravo »

« Calme, confortable. Mais le faux lit double (deux simples assemblés) avec deux duvets simples est un no go. »

« L'hotel est super et la localisation parfaite. Bolzano est accessible en transport en commun. »

« Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

« The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us. »
