« This is a beautiful resort! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay exceptional! We have been there many times but not in the last 14 years. I would say that the grounds are not kept up as well as in the past, but still very beautiful. Rooms were clean, except for the floor walking around very little without shoes, feet were black. « Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. « Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! »

« Hôtel très bien situé, face au Malecon. Chambre vue mer très bruyante jusqu'à passé minuit. Stationnement facile et très sécuritaire, 3 gardiens. Petit désagrément, nous avons trouvé une debarbouillette sale qui avait été utilisé. Nous avains demandé une chaise de douche pour handicapé mais malheureusement elle était défectueuse, ce qui est plus dangereux qu'une chaise de plastique ordinaire.Et le souper buffet n'etait vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. »
