« Great hotel with lots of dinning options around. The staff were friendly and we were greated with an early check-in as our room was ready- this was very appreciated. The room was clean however the shower and the bathrrom had mold and would require a deep clean and the couch was very dirty and would either need to be deep cleaned or just replaced. « While the rooms were very nice and the staff members were polite, our overall experience was so terrible that I am never coming back and cannot recommend this resort to anyone. Easily the worst part of our stay was the pools, which were extremely dirty, filled with hair, vomit, and floating food and drink residue while people swam fully clothed, forcing us to barely even use them.
