„Das Hotel hat uns mitten in der Nacht einfach zu einem anderen Hotel bringen lassen, das vorher nicht mit uns abgesprochen und uns auch nicht von dort mehr abgeholt. Das Hotel war zwar OK, aber nicht das Gebuchte. Das geht gar nicht, ohne Absprache. Anscheinend muss man dann nicht nur ein Mail schicken, sondern ein Überseegespräch führen. Der eigene Shuttle wir anscheinend nur mehr für eigene Ausflüge eingesetzt. Transfer nicht gratis sondern gleich den Taxikosten vor Ort. Zimmer war OK, ...

„One of the few options in town and definitely not international standard (tidiness, comfort, etc. can all be improved). But what is really great is staff that was always helpful and friendly and tried to address every concern one has. Also, compared to other, much pricier options definitely an acceptable choice.“
