I locali , seppure sprovvisti di aria condizionata, sono sufficientemente freschi perché in realtà non si trovano al piano terreno (come tra l'altro era indicato in descrizione) ma sono in piano inferiore rispetto alla strada anche se in ogni caso luminosi con finestre su giardinetto e davanti a ingresso. « Property was close to the center, next to a park and in a calm neighborhood. It was very pleasant to stay there. It rained the second day so it made the temperatures more mild and therefore more enjoyable inside the apartment. The town is really lovely, lots of beaches and lovely cafes, restaurant and gelato places. »

« Ottima posizione nel Centro di Numana e con un piacevole terrazzo affacciato sul mare. Manca l'ascensore quindi portare i bagagli al secondo piano richiede qualche sforzo. Il lato negativo di essere in Centro e' che volendo dormire con le finestre aperte piuttosto che con l'aria condizionata l'appartamento e' un po' rumoroso soprattutto in occasione di ferragosto quando proprio sotto casa c'e' un mercato di prodotti locali aperto fino a notte tarda e nella piazza si organizzavano spesso serate...
