« Quiet and dark. Perfect »

« Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out. »

« Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather. »

« The gym was a gym in name only as the equipment was old and poorly maintained - unusable. Wi-Fi did not work in my room and even in the lobby I had minimal connection. There was an empty hand sanitizer stand beside the elevator on our floor. Rooms are old and in severe need of renovation. No real attention to cleanliness although the breakfast area was maintained. My only positive comment is that the staff were friendly. »

« Large facility in relatively quiet area. Nice amenities. Primary complaint is that the room smelled like cigarettes smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The restaurant looked nice but was unused. The coffee shop had odd hours and often was closed at lunch which is when conference attendees would have appreciated it being open. Also, not enough bathrooms in the conference area. Perhaps needs an update to remove/make the restaurant smaller and provide more bathrooms and a lunch/snack area...

« The room smelled of smoke (and they say they are non smoking hotel) and was very musty. Our bedding was damp. It also smelled of mold. We will never stay here again. We would have asked for a refund but there was never anyone at the front desk »

« Only issue was breakfast options were waffles, toast, muffin or cereal and they had 1 waffle machine and batter dispenser was broken and people having to wait 15+ minutes to get to the waffle making machine. »

« I inadvertently booked a room at this hotel thinking it was the Motel 6 in Overland Park, which was very nice. I wish there was a -option, this place shouldn't be in business. »

« We were very satisfied with our stay. Erin was very pleasant when checking us in. It’s an older hotel but it appeared that it’s been updated. It’s in a quiet location with several good food options within a short driving distance. Would stay there again if we’re ever back in the Kansas City area. »

« Room was clean and it looked like it had been updated. No hair dryer or iron which I thought was the norm for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. Main thing we noticed and others that joined us was that the elevator always smelled awful! The room however, smelled great! The employee the first night was awesome! The employee the second night was like a sloth! So slow to get anything! Our room was not cleaned the second day so we had to go down and...

« Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal. »

« Pretty dumpy place, bathroom fan made a god awful noise, couldn’t get microwave door open in the room, was sweating during the night as the ac window unit was junk, clunky and loose shower handle. Definitely Don’t stay in room 111, better yet, don’t stay here. »
