Hotel Oakland

« Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff needs to get their act together. We had 2 rooms and 1 room great, but the second room they gave away to other customers. The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. Finally worked it out about 11pm that night. »

« Older budget style motel. Looks weathered on the outside but the room was well maintained and comfortable. No complaints at all. Nice 9 hole golf course very close with good views and food. Convenient and well priced. I will stay again. »

« We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

« My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. The front desk staff member took a little while to get us checked in, but it was because he was training a new staff member. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try it, but it was a decent stay...

« I wish I had something positive to say. We had ants in our room told the staff they seemed to not be interested. They came into our room to clean while we were gone and the only thing they did was pull the bed linen up. They tracked dirt in. Didn't grab the trash. We had to book for 7 days or we couldnt book it.The beds were old and hard. The sink was clogged. Was charged 100 a night for a room that barely fit 2 double beds. Every night we came back to room we had go to the front desk because...

« Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay »
