One of the best parts of staying here is having Deep Creek Lake right outside your door. Enjoy the private dock, spend the day boating or exploring the lake, or start your morning with coffee overlooking the water.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

The driveway is shared with our neighbor. Guests must use our designated parking areas, remain on our side of the property, and keep the shared driveway clear.

Because this is a waterfront property, children should be supervised around the lake and dock at all times. Guests age 18 and under must wear a properly fitted life jacket while swimming or participating in water activities around our dock.

House Rules

Welcome to our Deep Creek Lake home! We want you to relax, enjoy the lake, and make some great memories. Please help us care for the property and respect our neighbors by following these house rules.

Respect Our Neighbors & Shared Driveway
Our driveway is shared with our neighbor. Please drive slowly, park only in the designated areas for our home, and remain on our side of the property at all times. Please do not park, walk, gather, or place belongings on the neighboring property.

Lake & Dock Safety
Our home is directly on Deep Creek Lake. Please use the lake and dock responsibly.

Anyone age 18 or younger must wear a properly fitted life jacket while swimming, playing in the water, or participating in water activities around our dock.
Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult whenever they are near the lake or dock.
No diving from the dock.
No glass containers on the dock or near the water.
Never swim alone.
Please use extra caution when the dock is wet and during inclement weather.
Guests use the lake and dock at their own risk.

Airbnb`s current water-safety guidance similarly emphasizes supervision, understanding water depth and conditions, avoiding swimming alone, and avoiding alcohol or drugs when swimming or supervising others.

Hot Tub
Please shower before entering the hot tub. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult. Please replace and secure the cover after every use, and do not sit, stand, or place objects on the cover.

Quiet Hours & Outdoor Areas
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful lake environment. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Keep outdoor music and conversations at a reasonable level, particularly in the evening.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the home.

No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home.

Fire Safety
If using any provided outdoor fire pit, never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish fires when finished and follow any local fire restrictions that may be in effect.

Pets
Only approved pets are permitted. If your reservation includes a pet, please clean up after them and keep them under control while outdoors.

Parking
Please park only in the designated parking area for our home. Do not block the shared driveway or our neighbor`s access.

Respect the Home
Please treat our home as you would your own. Do not move large furniture, and please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it.

Before Checkout
Please place trash in the designated containers, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher, return furniture and outdoor items to their original locations, secure doors and windows, and follow the checkout instructions provided before departure.
