• We offer mid-stay cleans for $350. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

☆ Maintenance
• Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as servicing the pool, taking out the trash, yard preservation, etc.

☆ Mailboxes
• Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

☆ Additional Fees
• Unauthorized Guests on Property : **$100/Per Guest/ Per day**
• Unauthorized Indoor Smoking : **$500** (or required amount for professionals to remove odor)
• Unauthorized Party or Gathering : **$1000**
(+ any fees/costs associated with remedy for the situation)
